1. Website Purpose

This website allows customers and prospective customers to learn about DFR, submit rental inquiries or booking requests, communicate with us, and access information about our services.

Use of the website does not by itself create a rental agreement or guarantee approval for a rental.

2. Reservations and Vehicle Availability

Submitting a booking request, inquiry, form, or message does not automatically create a confirmed reservation.

A reservation is confirmed only when DFR expressly confirms it.

Vehicle availability may change, and vehicle photographs, categories, makes, models, colors, features, and descriptions shown on the website are for general informational purposes.

Unless specifically confirmed by DFR in writing, a particular vehicle, make, model, trim, color, or feature is not guaranteed.

DFR may decline, cancel, or modify a reservation request where permitted by law, including when eligibility requirements are not satisfied, information cannot be verified, payment cannot be authorized, a vehicle becomes unavailable, or fraud or misuse is suspected.

3. Rental Eligibility

Submitting a rental request does not mean you are automatically eligible to rent.

Renters and authorized drivers must satisfy DFR’s rental requirements in effect at the time of rental.

Your current Rental Agreement requires authorized drivers to hold a valid driver’s license, be at least 21 years old, and be approved by DFR.

Additional eligibility requirements may apply based on the rental, vehicle type, payment method, insurance, verification, deposit requirements, or other rental circumstances.

4. Rental Agreement Controls

These Terms govern use of the DFR website and online services.

Any actual vehicle rental is governed by the Rental Agreement entered into between the renter and Daily Frequency Rentals LLC.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and an executed Rental Agreement concerning a vehicle rental, the Rental Agreement controls.

Rental-specific matters including payments, deposits, authorization holds, insurance requirements, optional products, extensions, vehicle use, damages, fees, refunds, roadside assistance, returns, vehicle recovery, and other rental obligations are governed by the applicable Rental Agreement.

Your Rental Agreement states that it constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the rental and supersedes prior discussions or representations.

5. Rates, Pricing, and Fees

Rates, promotions, vehicle availability, deposits, optional services, and other information displayed on the website may change before a rental is finalized.

The final rental price may depend on factors including rental dates, duration, vehicle category, optional products, taxes, deposits, payment method, additional drivers, extensions, and other applicable charges.

The final pricing and obligations for a rental will be stated in the applicable reservation and Rental Agreement.

DFR reserves the right to correct pricing, typographical, technical, or other errors appearing on the website.

6. Information You Provide

You agree that information you provide to DFR will be accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

You may not knowingly provide false or fraudulent information, including false identification, driver’s-license information, insurance information, payment information, contact information, or information belonging to another person without authorization.

DFR may request additional information or documentation to verify a reservation or rental request.

7. Privacy and Communications

Your use of the website is also subject to DFR’s Privacy Policy.

If you provide a phone number, email address, or other contact information, DFR may use it to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you regarding reservations, rentals, payments, extensions, claims, vehicle issues, or other service-related matters.

Marketing communications may be subject to separate consent and opt-out requirements.

Customers who enter into a Rental Agreement may separately consent to rental-related SMS and email communications under that agreement.

8. Prohibited Website Use

You may not use the website to:

• Engage in fraud or unlawful activity
• Submit false or misleading information
• Impersonate another person
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to DFR systems or accounts
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website
• Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Use automated tools to improperly scrape or access the website
• Copy or commercially exploit DFR website content without permission
• Use the website in a manner that could harm DFR, its customers, employees, vendors, or systems

DFR may restrict or terminate website access where misuse is reasonably suspected.

9. Website Content and Availability

DFR attempts to keep website information accurate and current but does not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current, or error-free.

DFR does not guarantee that the website will always be available or uninterrupted.

• Every rental request will be approved

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DFR will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from website outages, technical errors, third-party services, or inability to access the website.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Liability relating to an actual vehicle rental is governed by the applicable Rental Agreement.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Disputes relating to an actual vehicle rental are governed by the dispute-resolution provisions in the applicable Rental Agreement.

14. Changes to These Terms

DFR may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our website, services, business operations, or legal requirements.

When updated, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.

Continued use of the website after an update means the updated Terms apply to future website use.
