What is the minimum rental period?

Our minimum rental period is 3 days for all vehicle categories.

What do I need to rent a car?

You’ll need a valid U.S. driver’s license, proof of qualifying insurance, credit or debit card in renters name, and be 21 years or older.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Yes, modifications or cancellations can be made by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.

Are there additional charges for late returns?

Late returns may incur additional charges. Please contact us if you anticipate a delay.

Can I travel out of state?

Yes, but approval is required. Daily Frequency Rentals vehicles may only be driven in the following states:

Ohio
West Virginia
Pennsylvania
Michigan
New York
Indiana
Kentucky

If you plan to travel outside of Ohio, you must receive prior approval before your rental begins. A $50 per day out-of-state travel surcharge applies and must be paid in advance.
